Our first weekend

Well, this wasn't technically our first weekend in Copenhagen, but it was our first one where we were able to go out and explore. The first weekend here we were jetlagged and settling in and then the next weekend poor Wyatt came down with quite a cold with 102 fever.

So, this weekend was busy. On Saturday, we went downtown and showed the kids the Little Mermaid statue at Langelinie Pier, a nearby church, and the main Maersk office that Ron goes to several times a week. We were hoping to catch the changing of the guards as well, but the day was super windy and quite cold so we decided to save that one for a warmer day.

On Sunday we took went to the Copenhagen Zoo. It was a nice day with lots of sun. It's a great zoo - the newest exhibit is the polar bears. The kids really enjoyed this outing! Unfortunately, most of our good pictures are on our camera and I don't have the cord to get them onto the computer until our stuff gets here. For now, here are a few!
